What you provide and what you get at each stage.

1. 01Order

   You provide

   Your name, email, phone and how many appointments you want.

   You get

   An invoice by email. Nothing is charged on this site.

2. 02Set up

   You provide

   Your full name and title, state insurance license number, business mailing address and booking link. That's all we need from you.

   You get

   We handle the domains, mailboxes and sending. Belmont Motion owns and runs them. We can't send anything until your details are complete, because each email has to show them.

3. 03Approve

   You provide

   Answers to the booking questions, and your approval of the exact wording of each email.

   You get

   Plain-text emails that say what you approved. Nothing sends until you approve it.

4. 04Meet

   You provide

   Time on your calendar, and the conversations themselves.

   You get

   Appointments on your calendar, with booking notifications from your scheduling tool. To pause, email us.
